In the Old Testament, they had one altar to worship at. It was in Jerusalem. It was God's altar before the temple. In the New Covenant, we have one altar to worship at. It's the cross of Jesus Christ. It's the finished work at Calvary. It's the body and blood of Jesus poured out at Calvary. That's the place of our washing. That's the place of our cleansing. That's the place where we're fed the body and blood of Christ. That's the place of our victory over every sin.
